ah, lint...

My neighbor collects it in a copy paper box--- maybe we should do the Eifel Tower next! A creative mind never sleeps.

I guess the Last Supper is okay ..as long as it's not made from belly button lint...

Wow

Amazing. I love the vivid colors and how she got them. I never see such festive spectacles coming out of my dryer screen. I seem to get mostly muted reds, blues, and greys these days.

American Visionary Art Museum

This is like something you'd see at the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore.

Basically the entire collection is stuff made by prisoners and crazy people- some institutionized, some not. Needlepoint made in prison using sock thread, dryer lint art, "mixed media" using various junk, fascinating and creepy at the same time.

Lenten Observance--what fun!

Always loved this painting, especially Dali's version--so much light and Jesus is so handsome.

So nice to see you're still practicing the devotions--sewing--even though you've given up the habit--Nunn's.

I have to admit...

All I could think of on seeing this was

"What's the next media?  Nose hair? Navel fuzz?"

having said that it is fun and creative!!
