An 11 kg 220 volt washer would be a great thing for the states, but I doubt we'll ever see one here. And we'd want it to be hot/cold fill, as well.
The Neptune 7500 sometimes can be a little fussy about spin balance. The only time it usually has a problem is with a full load of bath sheets. Generally if I casually fold each towel a couple of times before loading each one separately, they don't tangle enough to cause a spin balance problem. Just tossing them all in at once seems to be a recipe for trouble, though. Even then, the machine will usually spin, although perhaps not at full speed. At which point one can manually redistribute the load and go for a spin only cycle. The built in diagnostics will tell you if there was a spin balance problem on the last load, and the real-time display will tell you a lot about the current state of affairs: rpm, torque, balance, etc.
The other loads that might cause spin balance issues are throw rugs of different types of fabrics. Like mixing heavy cotton with lightweight foam.
The Miele 1918 never seems to have a spin balance issue, even at 1600 rpm, but mostly I only do small items with little potential for tangling in it. Maybe just for grins I'll toss in a load of bath sheets in it today, and see how it copes.
