Saw a listing on ebay for a MM Jr. and it included a clip or hook of some kind. I have 4 or 5 in various colors I'd like to display but never found a way to hang them on the wall. Has anyone got one of the hooks? how does it work?

We had the hook for ours when I was a kid.. The hook is there in your picture in front of the "beaters" it's just a small bit of bent metal with two holes for mounting under the kitchen cabinet. The mixer handle hangs over the "hook part"
I have one of those clips that came with one of my Juniors many years ago. I’ve never used it but I always imagined it would mount to the underside of a kitchen cabinet and the mixer would hang from it. The hook is likely meant to fit into the handles recess. There doesn’t seem to be any other way it would work.

That's how it works. You mount it to the underside of your upper cabinet about 4 inches from the backsplash and hang the mixer handle on it.
