New Ariel Powder

Picked this up the other day in Tescos because of the new packaging and really wasn't expecting the scent to change! I didn't mind it in it's previous formula but in this new one the smell is amazing! It just smells clean, with quite a grassy scent that the old Ariel used to have, it smells lovely and makes me want to use it all the time instead of selective loads. It almost seems as if P&G have just decided to get rid of the gimmicks and go back to just selling a product that people recognise and know.

Not even any claims for stain removal or anything on the box, just the Ariel logo and information regarding dosing, ingredients, cautions etc.

Still cleans very well too, like it has done.

I found a bag of this at my Family Dollar. I'm sure it's not the same formula though...looked like it was from Mexico. Still, has a really nice scent to it. Wasn't expensive either.

Not exactly totally new IMHO

Just a reworked box after the firestorm caused by the "Nazi" packaging from last year.

I'm sure I bought some Ariel in the last 6 months and the box isn't too dissimilar, so I may have the new scent.

How long has it been since you last bought Ariel hoover8pulse?

In the UK, (where hoover8pulse and I are) we didn't have those Ariel boxes in the link.

I saw the new box design around September on supermarket websites but we never had those Nazi boxes in the UK.

@Limy1 I last bought a box in June and it's the older style with 'Outstanding Stain Removal in 1 Wash' on the front.

The earliest I saw the next box design was the weekend before last and I've only seen the 40 wash in Tesco so far.

I would. It works very well.

Was in Morrisons earlier too and they have the new Daz packaging and the smell has changed for that too. Quite similar to the Ariel actually just not as sweet smelling.
