Well after two months of searching and a few potential deals gone bad I have finally found a new car. I picked this baby up from an estate with 42,000 well kept miles.

Heres my 2008 Buick Lucerne CXL in ming blue metallic with chrome package and it sports a gray leather interior with plenty of wood trim, heated seats, and heated steering wheel

Looks great, congrats!

If I remember correctly, your previous Buick had a ton of mileage.

That's called "Getting you moneys worth!"

Here's to many years and hundreds of thousands of miles

My Grandparents just picked up an 06 model of the same car, in a medium tan color. I haven't had the oppertunity to ride in it or drive it yet, but it looks like a really nice car. It seems like Buicks run forever, a friend of mine has a 1991 Park Avenue with a ton of miles and I swear it is more reliable than my car (I have a 2000 Mazda 626, never again). Another friend has a 2000? Lesabre with well over 200,000 and still going strong. My next vehicle may well be a Buick.

my 02 Park ave

has 156k on her still goin strong few minor things nothing serious yet
would love to find another one
our local Chrysler dealer has a 92 Roadmaster with 99k on it for 2995 seriously considering it

Unfortunately

My 95 Century Estate Wagon has some rusting frame problems because of the crap they put on the roads in the winter here in Maine that rots the whole underneath, so it wont pass the state inspection anymore. It is now up for sale and it would make a nice car for someone that can fix it because it still runs perfect, gets great gas mileage and only has 86000 miles. Hate to part with it, but its time to look for another (hopefully Buick).

My sister & brother-in-law had an '08 Lucerne until my sister hit a patch of black ice 2 winters ago and ripped out the whole underside when she hit the ditch.  It was silver w/ a light gray cloth interior, super sharp looking, and a very smoooooth ride.

Congrats Sam!

Sam, you definitely scored big with all those extras.  Buick has been top-rated in customer satisfaction for quite some time now, and if I recall correctly has even bested Lexus some years.  Happy motoring!

GOOD LUCK,

Hope it was built better than the 2011 Lucerne I purchased brand new had for 8 months with 4k miles on it and made GM buy it back at a loss of course!  Always supported American Cars esp GM, but now no way!

GM treated me like a peice of Sh_t, which was what the car was!  Engine would idle up and down then run so lean that the steering wheel would shake, GM claimed this was common in flexfuel cars, bs!

Another GM dealer told me that it was built on the old Pontiac Bonneville Platform which was also another disaster. However you would think since "the thing" was built in the Cadillac factory next to the DTS (which they don't make anymore either) that some quality would have rubbed off on the Buick line but that was not the case.

GOOD LUCK.
