New Frigidaire Washer

Had to call for service after 1 st load. Would not put water in but for about 10 seconds then stop. Service was fast, Next Day and within 10 mins of when I was told he would be here .. (take that LG) Bad level switch and had it running in 10 mins.. Like the fact it can be set to fill with as much water as ones wishes.. Also that it does NOT dumb down the temperature of the hot water. Uses water at faucet temps..has a good high extract and a load will dry in the larger tumbler in 10 mins. Did not really want the machine at first but price was right (free) However the last frigidaire we had was remarkable.. expected it to last a year or so and it made it more than 5 years with out a single service call. Gave it to one of the employees and she still has it..

Peter , It is a soft mount high speed machine

look close they are 24 " off the floor on a wood platform I had manint. man build for me. This is a hospital laundry plant.. I am a Certified Hospital Laundry Mgr.

Is that a Continental (Girbau) next to it?

Is that a 20lb capacity E-Series Continental? How do ya like it? The fitness center I used to work at had 2 30lb capacity E-Series Continentals... If they weren't stuffed beyond all reason and they used some freakin fabric softener, they would have been great machines!

I find it interesting and funny that this thread is supposed to be about the Frigidaire washer that sudsman just got, but yet we seem to be more interested in the Continental (Girbau) wash extractor that is next to it. lol. By the way has anyone on this forum ever repaired Continental washers?

The water level is just inside the top of the washer to the right all you need is a screwdriver (small one) clockwise increases the level

I up my water level a little bit more, enough to be safe to open the door with out having a wave of water gushing out the door.

just to the bottom of the door. Supurb wash action..
