I don't recall ever seeing the "Combination" designation on a Hotpoint before.
At least it powers up. Could mean a leak or a lesser component than the compressor is the no-cool culprit.

A refrigerant leak is worse than a bad compressor 95% of the time, every once in a while you find a leak in the Hi-Side at a connection that can be easily fixed, but leaks in the Low-Side [ evaporator ] are the end of the line 95% of the time especially in an older ref where its a pain to get to the evaporator and you can't get a new one anyway.
