I think this tip is found originally in the 'health care' bill. It's in the ''green''section stating ''if you do anything the RIGHT way,you will be taxed at least 25%''. I could be wrong.

Hmm I bet the extra wear and tear used to move the full load about in half the water costs more in repairs than is saved by this idiot. Now then.... the clothes are less waterlogged than they could have been? So either they are wet or they are not lol
