Please tell me about this model

I was looking at a used speed queen stacked unit. I’ve attached the model, product, and serial numbers below. Could someone tell me what year this machine was made by these numbers? They are selling for $1000. Also, how intensive is removing and cleaning the drums on these machines?

It was built the 9th month of 2018. Looks like new comparable units are going for more than $4,000.00.
