I have some expanding rust in the bottom of the tub where the heater element inserts. The grommets are intact. I am wanting to prevent leaks and continue to use my machine. Is there any way to repair this? I have read on this forum about JB Weld Potable repair. But I am unclear if I could use it where the rust has appeared?
