I have a problem with my approximately 7 year old Samsung top load washer w/ impeller. Back in April 2025 we had to have the tub suspension rods and springs replaced to the tune of $350.00. Before the repair every load we washed cause the washer to become grossly unbalance. Suspension was replaced and cleared up the unbalance during spinning.

Fast forward to now the washer again is starting to get off balanced with every load. I can’t find the manufacture date with serial number.

I am considering replacing the washer with a Samsung front load model #WF45T6000AW $678.00 at Lowe’s and will get a riser. My wife and I have a disabled relative living us and can’t be a without a washer for very long.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Peace and blessings,
David

After 2 episodes of failures of that machine, and you STILL want to patronize that lousy brand?
In my shop we affectionatly called it SamSuck, for good reasons.
Catch up on some reading as well.... like the thousands of ticked-off customers for just about ANYthing made by that brand. - along with all the class-action lawsuits.

Even on here, discussions of the front-load machine are fun reading about how they literally explode, blow apart, and damage homes.
My neighbor got a lousy 4 years from their expensive Samsuck washer and dryer.
Out for trash they went.

My advice, try another brand, or get something vintage that has been serviced by a reputable seller.

I've got a 39 year old Maytag that's still working like the day it was purchased.
