Well it finally arrived today. Still frustrated with UPS and the way they treated me on the phone, will look at other shippers before I use them again.

I've heard horror stories about all shippers but in my personal experience FEDEX is the worst. Also, when my business has a package with a pre-made label to ship, I can just give it to the UPS driver the next time UPS makes a delivery. FEDEX will not take a package unless it is called in first. Their toll free number is a PITA to use - annoying automated menu plus the time it takes. I have acquired their local numbers (ground and express are different) and call them when I have A FEDEX package to go out. They don't like it when I use those numbers but I don't give a damn and I tell them so when they tell me I'm not supposed to call those numbers.
