Now, back to that washer!
I cannot believe that I FINALLY found a turquoise washer!!

It's really in amazing shape for a 65 model....

I need to fix this lid mount...

Ok, last post for tonight - the name plate and model number isn't all that clear, but this Lady's numbers are: model 110 6504901100 serial 80471C542

I found a tag on the machine to confirm that this is a 1965 model!

There is a matching dryer to "mate" with the lady... I am going to have to do some legwork for that though!!

OH GOD

Two beautiful ladies indeed. I sat with held breath seeing the Turk from behind, wondering what year she would be. Bingo. The Gem. How I'd love to have extra-slow for stuff that I want to keep forever but needs only a freshening. And a ROTOFLEX. I am truly green with healthy envy. Good for you, Paul--good for you!

HI Paul

HI Paul, Great finds! A friend's mother had the same washer only in white in 1965. A word of advice: When you push the plastic buttons, push them at the bottom, where they are fastened on to the plastic that goes into the panel. If you push them at the top, they can break off.
I bought my mom a 1967 Lady Kenmore dishwasher for christmas of that year. The '65 model sure looks a lot like the' 67. The roto rack at the top has 2 positions that you can adjust. Have fun with all of this. Gary

Paul, you are actually glowing in those photos! Congratulations, man. Now, the BIG question--will that Avacado Lady turn a <ahem> DIFFERENT shade in the future? LOL

WOW Paul!

YAY!   CONGRATS!   (fanfare)   Those are AB-SO-LUTE-LY AWESOME!

So now that you've finally found the "holy grail", a Turquoise washer, are you going to end your collecting here?

Oooohhh, purty!

From one Ladie's Man (66 LKM's) to another, that is one stunning washer! Awesome!

Let me ask this next question as tactfully as I can... So, have you looked under her skirt, yet? LOL!

Double Minty

Super Great Finds.

The Washer for some reason has always been one of my favorite models.
