WalMart
Is that store still around? I always hated going there. Dirty, poor service, not user friendly, & of course long lines. But there I go....of on a tangent of my own, which I am also pretty prone to. Just like the other day when I was telling someone a story about the turnips.
You see, I was walking down the street when someone asked me about the onion I had tied to my belt. You see, it was a white onion & not a yellow one because of the war. Now where was I? Oh yeah. I was walking down the street when someone asked me about my onion. I explained it was a white one & not a yellow one because of the war. Then just kept walking.
Someone else asked me what time it was as I had a watch on, but you see, my watch was set on GMT, but not because of the war, but because I had an onion tied to my belt. Mind you, it was a white one instead of yellow one because of the war. So I told them what time it was and went on my way.
The next person asked about the onion, and I explained it all to them, as well as why my watch was set to GMT. Then walked on.
Now getting back to the turnips, I got some at the local Farmer's Market over the weekend, but that is not the point. You see, I made some turkey vegetable soup yesterday, and as it just so happens, I used a turnip in this soup.
I guess the moral of this story is that I don't care for WalMart. That, and I put a turnip in some soup I made.
Thanks for calling & have a GRATEFUL DAY!
(the link has nothing to do with turnips or walmart, but it's something that the salad shooter commercial reminded me of. enjoy & thank you!)
