I have a few posts here where I am restoring my 1961 Kenmore washer (still need a control panel for it). I am going to go ahead and get the machine ready while I hope to find the proper control panel. The only thing I need that I don't currently have on-hand is the correct waterfall filter. This machine has had a later plastic filter transplanted.
Does anyone have a parts machine, or a spare filter assembly for this? I need the housing and the metal filter. This machine is correct with the filter that has the twist lever that secures the filter in place.
I also could use just the base filter (also with the twist lever) for a 1964 70-series that I would like to restore.
Any help that anyone could offer here would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
