Thanks for posting Launderess.  These look old enough to have been mfr. by McGraw Edison or mfr. for them the consoles match the coin op T/L machines.  IIRC, they had only two tumble vanes in the drum.  The fill was in the front and you could see the water run in the front just inside the window.  For their time, mid to late 1970's they had a very low water level.  There was also a selection for regular or gentle action just like the T/L's.

In one of the local Laundromats here on the Oregon coast. They are always being used when I drive by. Back when we were having to use the Laundromats we used them a couple of times and they did not seem to spin very well and that was using normal speed.
