Yesterday when I tried to start a load of laundry I pushed start then nothing happened. It sits there and after about 10 seconds or so it let's out a very long beep and then the SPIN and LID LOCK status lights blink continuously. I've tried unplugging and the same thing keeps happening. In the manual there is no explanation for what the light combo means.
There are very faint "ticks" before the machine errors out.
What is going on?
It's under warranty, but I don't want to call someone in to fix it with the pandemic going on. I've emailed the manufacturer, but haven't gotten a response yet.
