Do speed queen washers have imbalance protection in their lid switches?
I decided on ordering new Speed Queen as my daily driver since I am very impressed with performance of them. I just found that out after I picked up an AWN413 that was on heavy discount because of shipping damage (one side is scratched up and the front has a big dent) My plan was to tinker with it just for kicks, but it turned out they are just as good if not even better than what you guys say about them

Anyway, Im thinking about bypassing the switch with a zip tie in the back. However my concern is if these have imbalance protection I don't want to inadvertently over ride it.
Thanks!
