Spicy Winter Beef Stew

It may be March 3, but it looks like we are far from saying good-bye to winter here in Michigan! Cloudy, cold weather has had us cooking things that warm the tummy, heart and soul! We put our vintage harvest gold Gourmet Casserole made by the American Electric Corp. in the late 70's into service for the cooking of this spicy stew.
