Pete, I have one too, and it's not in the surgery stage yet, although I could have it done according to the Dr., so it's on the horizon.

Hi Peter, wow I didn't know you were going through all that you poor thing. Well my thoughts are certainly with you and hope for a speedy recovery. Just keep thinking of Kelvinators and Frigidaires, it will help!

Hope you are feeling better soon! For me, the worst part of surgery is going in for it. Afterwards, it's the pills that are heavenly! Take it easy and do not be afraid to ask for help. Take care and best wishes.

Thank you all so much for all your Great thoughts. I went to the doctor today and he said the swelling is normal and I would have to take it one day at a time. I am not in any bad pain but I am uncomfortable. I did a little walking today but not much and also sat by the computer. It is hard for me to get up and sit down. In fact im not in shape yet to do laundry (sad) but hopefully by mid next week. Many Blessings to all and thanks again.

Pete, you shouldn't be doing anything..get someone to bring you in the following,, National Enquirer, The Globe, Dorito's etc and just lounge around on the couch with the tv on as well.

Peter, I soo remember what it was like with my GI surgury the fall after the Minneapolis convention.
That front loader is never going to balance so that it can spin if the tub is jumping that much in tumble/distribution. Must be one of those early Duets.

When I read your intial post this morning I held my breath and said a prayer for you and while I am NOT happy that you don't feel well I do think its great that you are not having complications and that your doc says everything is going good. As for not being able to do laundry...all I can says is......BUMMER DUDE!!!! Take it easy and get well man!!! PAT COFFEY
