I haven't tried the others but all I can tell you is that once you try a beignet you will never look at fried dough or a doughnut the same way....That is assuming, Toggle, that you look at those things the conventional way DOUBT IT!!! <LOL>

I'm rambling.....

We did 2 of them here this past T-day...first one came out perfect...put in the bird I brought...we were having such a good time, I told my nephew...oh just another 10 mins....HA!!
That sucka was MUMMIFIED!! Oh well hell....we could only save the breast meat, and only a little of that. Ended up being mostly P'sOS...(trashed) Wished I had a pic...halarious looking!

Glad to hear it was great for you Jason! You deserve it, from the all you and your fam been thru! I HAD to laugh at your editing on the first pic...."no FEMA trailer for us"...
Ya know...when you have actually worked for these agencies, are on the inside, processing these folks, and then seeing how they spend that money, it's a joke...(not in all cases mind you, but in over 80%, and I'm not kidding!)
Then you watch the news and see what is being reported, and its another joke.

Well, as the old joke goes something like this...

A woman walks into a bakery only to notice a baker patting down a ball of dough on his bare belly so she asked the clerk "What is that baker doing?" only to be told "He is making the bread" The lady, confused, asks "Isn't that a strange way of making bread?" only to be told...."If you think that's strange you should be here when he makes the doughnuts!!!"

Hope this makes someone laugh....OR think! As I allways say "Most of the rumors that have been spread about me I started and the ones that I didn't start gave me ideas that I never had before"
