Inspired by the controlled flight of bees pollinating a flower, Mab flying robots clean surfaces by touching them with a drop of water. Mab scans the house, determine the areas to clean and sends the robots flying.

Reminds of of that one who had only plastic and steel furniture. When she left the house, she'd just turn on the sprinklers and fans and the house cleaned itself.
I will only be interested in such a device.......
when it can take the trash bags out to the dumpster! (I live in a cluster of apartments, two owners, and all they agree upon is a dumpster.)

I saw a tech-news item about this thing some months ago but didn't realize at the time that flying robot-cleaners are involved.

I don't think this would suit my house at all..... I doubt that the flying robots would
A) have enough space to take off or land
B) have enough fuel/charge to tackle the dust between and around the carefully stacked 'stuff' which abounds everywhere.
And, yes.... I can do without a house full of mud... ;-)

my house is made of earth walls. (poured mud construction).
I think these robomonsters would destroy my house, leaving just the timber frame.
