Hopefully I will get some videos this coming weekend!

Paul, I can't make out all the words above the two little selectors on either side of the timer dial.  I've never seen one of thse up close so I don't have aclue to what most of the words would say beyond some sort of temperature.

Paul It looks Fabulash my buddy's word lol !
Wow what a great looking room!
The Whirlpool's are to die for I loved them when saw them at john's in Beltville.
thanks for the stills can't wait to see them uploaded in a video soon.
Until then let's warm it up from the summer wash.. in the Westy.
I'm sure mike has some post pics this summer as well.
Our family house had that wash tub from sears only in your color Turquoise.
It had a gravity drain loved to hear when the washer empted major water sucking sounding draining !
Here is you with Mike and me in Ogden.

There is more to this summer story.

For Bob

Here's some close-ups of the control panels which show the text on the various settings - Here's the temperature control on the washer. When it was 'in the shop', we replaced the original water inlet solenoids - the original Whirlpool thermostat-controlled one no longer worked properly. This resulted in wash temperature selections of Hot, Warm, and Cold instead of Hot, Medium, and Warm; the rinses (spray and final) are now in cold also.

Now, this is different - the 'fabric guide' selection will reduce the 'delicate' heat to a barely warm temperature but no 'air only' setting. When did that feature start appearing on dryers?? The 63 or 64 Maytag has this and the 66 Inglis has this too.

Newsflash!

The re-repaired Westy timer has arrived!!  It's not Thanksgiving here, but the folks at MidWest Timer obviously wanted to make sure that my CLB6 would be ready to handle the table linens!!

Not sure if I am going to have time to install it this weekend and we'll not be back down in Ogden again before the 17th of December

BUT at least I have it back and I am thrilled!!

Just got back from Ogden - I had a crazy busy weekend that got off to a very bad start as I managed to skid off our own driveway and land in the ditch (it snowed on Thursday and our snow clearing person was busy chasing 'Black Friday' sales down in Vermont...). By Sunday afternoon I had to make a choice - finish decorating the tree or re-install the Westy CLB6 timer... What would Robert do??

Well you guessed it....

To hell with the tree! There's still a month until Christmas...
I HAD to get the timer into the machine - I am very pleased to say that it works fine and the Canadian Westy Laundromat is washing again!!
The laundry is just about complete... If only I could close the deal on that 57 Speed Queen!
