Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Turquoisedude -- I had the same "suds spit up" problem with my drainage system (7 washers hooked up to the same drain line) and found that a screw-on rubber gasket takes care of it by securing to the drain and drain hose for each machine -- 2" ABS drain and 1-1/2" washer hose.

Paul, I love the new laundry set-up! I wish you lots of luck with it. That Frigidaire is a gem, wish I had one. In the referenced post above, the Whirlpool's dryer heat control said "HOT-Wool & Rugs". WOOL-HOT??? Something's wrong here! LOL I am also very surprised that, in the photo of the laundry tub, you had a bottle of Arm & Hammer detergent on the floor. What surprises me, is that A&H is just about the WORST detergent one can buy! I sure mean no disrespect, but I believe one who takes laundry as seriously as we do, would procure far better detergent! I skimp on other things to be able to use the three of the detergents I buy, from Germany, but sold locally. I find my investment is well worth the expense, as I am completely pleased with their performance! Also, would you please explain to me, exactly how these old 29"-design WP-made dryers dry? I cannot figure-out the blower system and if the heat is "sucked" into the drum and pulled-out all from the back, blown-in and sucked out, or just blown-in and out. (Inquiring & interested mind wishes to know.)

Jason
