After many months of moving, shifting, miles driven and cups of tea, The Vintage Appliance Emporium at Alistair`s (Vacbear58) place was finally opened for business.

Well after Alistair kept repeating "make sure you keep that wall free" - something is arriving!! my curiosity was peaked, So when Richard arrived with a large box that had been in the back of his car for a number of weeks, all was revealed...Al had hunted down this lovely Servis merchandising sign from the early 1960`s and what a fab wallpiece it is.
Big heartfelt thanks to Al and Richard!!

As well as "All That Washing ,Vacing and Cooking we managed a Servis "Whats Wrong With It" workshop, Gary a new member here had jst gotten his childhood washer and had an issue with the motor etc, so Al mentioned bring it along we are having a meet and lets see what we can do so Gary and James did just that!! Fab condition and so Dr Mathew got to work on the motor..Nothing a solder of wires and oiling of the motor bush bearing cant sort out - Purrs beautifully.
