Help Support :

Hi Al, yeah I know what your saying as I have a lot of emotional attachment to it but with the water that I found on the floor etc. I know the mains filter can be bypassed as they are no longer needed. I think I am going to bring it to the meet.

Yes I am going to bring it with me.. there is some new rust though on it that I need to sort.

If I bring it can someone bring the stuff I need to get rid of the rust I'll happily pay for the materials and can give it a work over when I am there.

Ideally would like to give the maytag to my brother and then get this in my kitchen full time :)

Looks like the mice or some such had their way with it, and firing it up revealed the evidence.

Mikey Mike. With your museum and your house, we should send Better Homes & Garden over there for a cover shoot. Smitten with that English Electric and the glass lid--how classy. So many many machines. You know Mike, I may have been born in the wrong country. You guys seem to love and collect Twinines and wringers with as much enthusiasm as the yanks have for automatics, some of whom would't let a wringer in the door. LOL. Love them all equally as you guys do. One machine in the early pics, burgandyish color, like half a Hoover, hidden in the middle, Is that a single tub oovah?

So this is your one year anniversary coming up. Good for you and all the lads. When I was in Europe in the 70's, England was my favorite place by far, and I'd love to go back there. You're on my bucket list, and you're welcome here next time you cross the great Atlantic WashingMachine.
