The dryer is a little different color. That's because I bought the washer, but got the dryer out of the garbage. It just needed a new motor and a general clean-up. $79.00 and seven years later.....still running strong!

before Friday I'm going to make a video of my Electrolux LQ11 top loader washing 2 pairs of sneakers with the sneakers clip on accessories.

they always come out sparkling clean thanks to the rubber agitator fins and both shoes and machine survive.
This post was just to keep the thread "up" until I have time to make the video.

Let 'em soak for a while

I also find that some crud needs to be scrubbed off before I put them in the washer. I use 'Gumption' on the outside first to whiten them up and get all the marks off, then into the washer they go for the all-round clean.
