40" ranges like yours weren't available anymore from Frigidaire in the 1960's here. 

Canadian Compact 30 ranges had their fuses located behind a chrome strip visible below their oven door (I don't have a picture showing one but I've seen one). 

Built ins and Flairs had a remote fuse panel and Flairs with a base cabinet had their fuse panels located in their base cabinets. 

 

Here's another newer free standing Canadian Frigidaire 30" range, "K" model from 1966.

Other than having a large glass in their doors, they looked a bit like the older, pre-1965 Frigidaire ranges with a full width door and similar top.

Here's an ad from November 1967 showing Canadian appliances. They were the last generation ("L" ranges, "N" washers and "P" dishwashers) built here. The Canadian factory in Scarborough was fully converted to automotive production in 1970. Some appliances were also imported from the US since at least the mid-sixties since my 1965 top loading (D&M) Super dishwasher was sold new here but made in the US. I think that at about the same time, some of the fancier refrigerators started to be imported from the US too but I'd like to find out more about that...

I too, am a turquoise fan, and also a huge fan to wall ovens/cooktops. That set you got is really beautiful. I have a GE set that I was thrilled to get when I found them 8 years ago. Good luck finding the washer/dryer set you want. Love the refrigerator too!

The Avon Lady in Antartica. Phil, I am pleased you're able to assemble such a tribute to design and esthetics long missing from modern appliances. I am happier you found them for yourself because it could go to a more deserving guy. I think I need to touch your head and see if some of the bottom freezer good luck wears off. I had a 63 Custom Imperial for a number of years and really enjoyed using it. Patti said she felt like June Cleaver everytime she opened the door. I haven't seen one close for a long time. Last year a fellow in Oregon was remodeling and had a brushed chrome kitchen of appliances. A 40 inch Flair, Kitchenaid dishwasher and Frigidaire Custom Imperial fridge with the motorized door opener and chain drive ice maker, still working and all pristine. Having just been through the expense of renting trucks twice and driving to Oregon for two Flair disappointments, I would have done it for the fridge yet the fellow didn't want to break up the set. In retrospect, I should have bitten the bullet and done it. It cost 785.00 for gas and rental to drive to Portland and back so it makes one hesitate when added to a purchase price.

My 1963 brushed chrome refrigerator also came from a kitchen with brushed chrome appliances. A brushed chrome Imperial cooktop and a Custom Imperial 30" Flair wall oven both from 1963 but there was no spin tube dishwasher in sight...

The other appliances were not available as the fridge alone was replaced (because it was noisy). The noisy condition was much easier to address than I expected! And it's been running fine since I got it.

Is the Flair you showed in your post currently in your kitchen? I have one just like it that (RCIB-645C-2) and I haven't used yet. I thought I'd replace my older one which is currently just beside my 1963 refrigerator with this one so the years would match but I haven't done it yet... I first thought about repainting the base cabinet and side panels of my 1961 RCIB-645C in Turquoise so it would match my 1961 refrigerator but now that I got the turquoise built-ins, I don't know what I'll do with all these! For now, I'll just keep them, along with a few other appliance that are waiting to be connected! (but all have been tested/repaired as needed! And all my fridges are connected even if some are almost empty!

Flair No Flair

I bought a Harvest Gold late model Flair with percelain oven cavities. It worked well but the Heat Minderonly worked on high. I found an earlier Flair that looked wonderful. $1,100.00 later with purchase, gas and truck rental I learned the oven had been moved to the basement. In the move th burners unseated which kept the top from opening. A dismantle from below freed th burners but the entire top was rusted and it also had a fry on high stuck Heat Minder. Although I like the esthetic wih the amount of quantity cooking I swapped the Flair for a 40 inch double oven with two full sized oven cavities. The holy grail search for a bottom fridge continues.

Oh, I guess I have been lucky with my Flairs then. I got both for cheap. The RCIB-645C-2 is in even better shape than the RCIB-645 I am currently using. The chrome in the ovens looks brand new and I didn't have to replace the clock/timer in this one. I haven't tried the Heat Minder on it however!
