40" ranges like yours weren't available anymore from Frigidaire in the 1960's here.
Canadian Compact 30 ranges had their fuses located behind a chrome strip visible below their oven door (I don't have a picture showing one but I've seen one).
Built ins and Flairs had a remote fuse panel and Flairs with a base cabinet had their fuse panels located in their base cabinets.
Here's another newer free standing Canadian Frigidaire 30" range, "K" model from 1966.
