Campbelled Eggs: Back in the late '90s I had a boyfriend whose Mom made scrambled eggs this way, so he (and his 6-year old daughter) loved them.

However, his mom used a dozen eggs (rather than the 8 called for in the recipe above) and also whisked about 3 tablespoons of milk or half-and-half into the condensed soup before combining it with the eggs.

Steve and Susan were always happy when I made eggs this way. They're not bad, actually, but have to admit it's not something I've made for myself. Although...now that the recipe has appeared here, I'll have to try it again and see how my taste buds feel about them 20 years later.🧐

Update Edit: OK, I made them. I had 9 eggs in a carton, so used them all. Added 2 tablespoons milk and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Chicken soup flavor was more muted than I remember—especially since she was using a dozen eggs—but I used HyVee store brand soup, which may be a little milder than Campbell’s. I say use 8 (or 9, LOL) eggs as per the recipe above, but add a couple of tablespoons milk.
