I'm going to give that evaporated milk-based cocoa frosting recipe a try!
It's almost as easy as my Almost Homemade Frosting:
1 16 oz. tub chocolate frosting
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup baking cocoa (optional)
Beat until smooth.

I just made that frosting...wow is it good but super sweet...which is fine. I had to put it in the fridge after beating it to firm it up more. Very easy and simple to make too. I am putting on top of a butter yellow cake from Miss Betty....
