I have a vintage bathroom downstairs with a leaky valve. I am looking to either replace this vintage 60's Moen valve or repair it. It's a bugger to find with the diverter button on it. Any suggestions?

You should be able to replace the cartridge in the faucet. You might want to take it out and hit up a plumbing shop to make sure you get the correct one.
