Wish were closer as seller will not ship. Someone must want to take this baby home.

Auction copy:

"White Westinghouse Heavy Duty Front Loader Washer - WHITE

This is a workhorse of a washing machine. It is older but it still works like a charm. We do not have the original manual, but the model # is LT350RXW1. It has 4 Tempurature Cycles, 7 Water Levels and 4 Washing Cycles with multiple controls on each. The door does leak a little during the washing cycle but that is the only thing wrong with the machine. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.

I think that JC Penney's actually used to have this very machine in their catalogs back in the early 1990's. Looks to be in good shape.

Cool machine...that's a Dual-Tumble like I have! Still trying to locate a solid porcelain top for it though like this one has! Mine drips ever so slightly from the door as well on certain loads...I'll see what replacing the boot does one of these days.

Instead of using a "Potato-Pulley", this one has a board controlled servo-motor (mine is AEG-made) and changes direction during wash...operates similarly to the Frigidaires except with the Westinghouse design. They're fun to watch, maybe not as fun as a single-direction Potato-Pulley machine but still very splashy thanks to the variable water level. And you should hear it rev up for spin...

The only major problem with these machines from my experience is the aluminum tub drive pulley. Over time, it will wear out at the point it connects to the tub and develop a severe knocking problem. I simply replaced the one on mine with a new one, but John LeFever told me at the Convention about a knocking solution that involved wire...can't remember it off the top of my head. TomTurbo, have you heard anything about this? Inquiring minds want to know...;-)
