Talk about timing... Today my semi-long sought after GE waffle iron arrived. Got the GE Launderess suggested in my earlier thread on waffle irons. Have not used it yet, but looks mint and it came with the book. Waited for the right price, got it for $19 plus shipping so ~$33, not bad.

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">What caught my attention was this picture, and it looks tempting. Cheesy left over mashed potatoes. There are about 2 dozen recipes total, some look interesting, some look terrible, but it's interesting what you can do in a waffle iron.</span>
