Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Sorry but...

...any special reason why you put liquid oxygen bleach in the fabric softener compartment?

The oxygen bleach will be added to the last rinse, probably will not have the time to work (as it would if it were added to the detergent) and will not be rinsed (not a big issue for hydrogen peroxide that will evaporate, but colourants and surfactants will remain on the curtains).

Unless your Samsung washing machine behaves differently

What I put in the softener compartment is just one whitening that brightens colors, not bleach, I could not tell the chemical composition as you did, but the curtains are a blast. For the rest of you are right the washing machine does not rinse it but the detergent instructions say that you can use even so...
thank you, see you soon

is that the correct water level for that particular cycle, or did you adjust the pressure switch.....

I can see the somewhat gentleness for that particular cycle, yet the clothes don't actually lift and plunge as the excess water is allowing the clothing to float, and not actually grabbed by the paddles....

this seems to come up as an issue on some machines as we try to increase the water level....on something like this, those vanes are shorter, too much water can hinder wash action....

The Samsung FL I refurbed in February had the same floating/rolling action when I ran a test load on Delicate.  Interestingly, a warm fill on Delicate measured as warmer than warm on Normal.

The machine is adjusted so the factory has not been changed. To wash the curtains and very thin tissue is a perfect cleaning, but if I enter with this wash something larger like a vest remains afloat and do not wash properly because the basket goes around ... This program I only use it for some things, and I have excellent results, but in other cases it is a disaster ...

Not so much seen on this side of the pond

But in Europe there are various products from detergents to rinse agents just for curtains.

Besides dealing with the heavy dust, dirt and fouling by pollution (including nicotine staining), many of these products have additional whiteners/brighteners designed to make things "whiter than white".

I have a Samsung washer. The water level at Delicate is the only high water level cycle, the same as this video. The only drawback is that the agitation is not the greatest, and the maximum wash time is around 8 minutes.

If I want to wash a bedspread, I would use the delicate cycle to get the item completely saturated.Otherwise, the regular or heavy duty might not get the center of the bedspread wet. and after the main wash, I cancel the cycle. Then it drains and stop.
Then I would restart a regular or heavy duty wash cycle. (When you put a big item, it does tumble well. if you put only a few items, they just float on the water. which makes it a delicate cycle. But the rinses don't fill that high, so there goes out the window your delicate agitation )

The heavy duty uses slightly more water than regular, but it takes 2 hours or more to complete the cycle. The Permanent Press cycle uses more water than Heavy duty.

That's right ..

That's right .. the operation is just what you've described, as soon as possible lighthouse a video on how to wash the duvet and bedspread. Do not use this wash cycle because little effective for the short duration of the wash ...
Soon new videos, guys subscribe to the channel if you like my videos I would love .. See you soon
