Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I'm on my 3rd career. Each career lasted a decade or more.

1st was as a biotech research associate. I wore a white lab coat.

2nd was as an IT guy - mostly server administration/building/design/planning. I wore business casual.

3rd is as a CNC programmer/machinist. I wear steel toe boots, safety glasses, and a sky blue shop coat.

It all winds up in the washer sooner or later.

I run my own painting/drywall co., also work part time as "the maintenance guy" for the BC Persons with AIDS offices and 3 social housing buildings. Now I'm slowly moving east to Toronto to join my partner where he's moved for his new career, I'm thinking it's time for a change. Past careers included owning an antique store (no money but lots of fun), dispatching for ADT(high stress but fine) managing a massage parlour (lots of money but....), etc., etc..... Who knows what's next???

Invalid

Food, Appliances, manufacturing and education. If a particle of food came near it, my life has been devoted to all aspects of food, food technology, education and hospitality. Paid my tuition working for Sunbeam, catering director for Stouffer Hotels, taught 12 years in a culinary program, 8 years in an alternative high school, managed a consortium of resturants and retired from the dream job of covering special projects for 53 food manufacturers in 5 states. Medically retired it becomes a challenge to stay inside, eat food and drive a car. I have been given a new birth, real love and peace of mind. I try to be worthy give thanks every day and give back to the Cancer Care Alliance, Gilda's Club and CSL, a spiritual support center. I am care giver for my mom and dad who need weekly support and daily help.

Teacher

Beloved by and devoted to my students, I taught Senior English in a huge suburban high school for 34 years. I loved it!! It was bliss. I was crazy about them, and my God, how they loved me! I didn't deserve it. Now retired and convalescing, I'm gearing up to teach at the University of Buffalo where I was a part time lecturer in the 80's.

Like a few other brothers, I shaved a few years off my age when joining the club. In the early 70's I cooked, then waited tables and tended bar at Minello's in Little Italy near the Cleveland Clinic. I was always grateful for having led a charmed life, and then I lost my vibrant health. There is nothing worse. I am on the mend and ready to reveal.

I scribble on the side, not as good as Sandy, but I keep trying ;'D

Also religiously maintain a very serious, rigorous, no nonsense, 24/7 occupation as a washoholic in the extreme.

Thank you for asking. The more we celebrate and care for each other, the better the world will be. Honest.

Well, I'm in college at the moment, so nothing too impre

I started working at the local YMCA as a laundry technician the day after I turned 14. I did that for 4 years and have since found a higher paying job at a different fitness center doing the same thing. I've been there for a little over a year now and I just found out that my boss has decided to change my job title to give me a little more power over the washers and dryers and how they are run! :D
