Well I had the Cabrio washer and dryer for 9 days and well I am not impressed at all. The washer has locked and it will not come unlocked, so i have a service call into Whirlpool to come fix it. I have to wait until Friday to get it changed out for a "loaner" while they send the Cabrio out for service. One thing I learned from all of this is Sears Service Sucks, the PM that they offer is horrible and will do everything possible to avoid honoring it. Although the Whirlpool Customer service people are very nice im just frustrated that I paid so much for this washer and after 9 days its messed up. WTF come on. So Im stuck with a washer that does nothing until Friday and I have to keep washing the same load so it doesnt get yucky. So my opinion DO NOT BUY THE CABRIO im working with Sears to exchange it for a Duet (after of course its fixed) We will see..Stupid Technology...I need an old Maytag....
