Whirlpool drum belt

Does anyone happen to know what the part number is for the pre 1966 Whirlpool dryers? Just wondering since the belt on mine is probably a number of years old and has a tendency to squeak a little upon startup, quiets down after 5 minutes of running.

I believe John mentioned the older drum belts are a different length compared to what they were using in 1966 awhile back if memory serves correctly.

Whirlpool drum belt Pt#s, 3 rib 337019 or the HD 4 rib # is 337555, the 555 was superseded the 3 rib belt but if you can find the 555 it does not squeal as much with very heavy loads.

Around 1969 WP switched to the thinner mini poly-bee belts that all makers use to this day which grip better and tend not to squeal much or even at all under very heavy loading.
