The last apartment I lived in before we built our house had a brand new DuraWash installed, except that the only option was a rocker switch to turn Heated Dry on or off. The silverware basket was basically a half version of the longer style in the OP's photos. Definitely wasn't that large fancy one with the handle that you have lol. It also didn't have the upper rack tower, but the nozzle on the lower pop-up tower had a slot that fanned water out instead of a jet that shot straight up. And absolutely no sound insulation at all, lol.
Oddly enough, the racks in recent DuraWash's like yours are actually the exact same racks in a PowerClean, except that the lower rack doesn't have a tower in the way of course, and the bumpers on the front corners aren't the round rubber type but are curved grey tabs that are also part of the brackets to hold the silverware basket on front, if of course you don't want it mounted in the door. And the upper rack has a dedicated wash arm and a upper shower as well. It's funny that the same racks can have completely different loading capabilities depending on the machine, because I feel the more recent model PowerCleans from '02-'09 are very flexible. I can fit more into my standard tub PC than I can the tall tub Maytag-Point Voyager because of the rack configuration.
