one of my dream machines,imperial supreme double duty agiator,my other is a harvest gold that has a double duty agiator in it that i did,came with the regular surgulator but just one prob. the control know was destroyed in shipping from califorina to fla where i live and haven`t been able to find one,can anyone help,the old plastic kind with the settings on it.

I had an '85 Whirlpool with the double-duty 'winged' agitator. Loved it. And the suds-lock problem which plagued the similarly-engineered 1960 Kenmore model 80 it replaced had been solved. Only had the WP for a year. Sold it when I moved.
