You can use the machine on manual if you turn the program card to off. it will keep there until you turn it back on.. use a blank card for manual operation. the Wascomat I had was FL 75 but was at least 10 years ago when we traded it in for the 150 Edro Dyna Wash which weighs 2300 lbs.and was a nightmare to get in. Took folklift and 3 men to get it in place. You should NOT have any problems finding any parts you need for that machine, They are still widely used, A lot of them in shirt laundries. the main thing you want to be sure of is too KEEP the cards CLEAN, Spray them with wd 40 about once a mo. and it will keep the reader running right.Wash the off with warm water and let them air dry about once a mo also. If you have to buy any they are EXPENSIVE. If you can find a soap rep that has some left he might just give them to you as they rarely have a use for them anymore. Did you get the card cutter with it? The first pic of the cards are the ones I remember but the other cards may work as well. They had 2 or 2 different styles for those machines. Wascomat tech service is pretty nice to help if you call them just let them think you are a laundry melvins laundry ect. they are not so hip on helping some one off the street. They are just that way.. There a lot of dealers that will help you too. and many of the parts houses will be glad to help. As said there a lot of places that sell Wasco parts.
