Something wicked this way comes! A White WestingQueen?

Also, on the underside of the agitator were stock numbers for the colors, including blue, pistachio, and harvest gold. I've never seen any of those variations other than blue, but would love to have a pistachio!

A dual action ramp agitator? I don't think I've ever seen one. Do show n tell!

Something wicked this way comes! A White WestingQueen?

White WestingQueen Full Load video As requested, here's a full load--I wasn't sure how large a large load was, so I filled it to the top of the vanes of the agitator--like the old Maytag wringers would say to do. Enjoy! And yes, it's an optical illusion concerning the top of the agitator...

Something wicked this way comes! A White WestingQueen?

When I was a child, I use to love to watch my mom's White Westinghouse washer. The big blue "sea monster" (aka agitator) was alive in there! Throwing my GI Joes in to the clutches of it's ruthless terror was always fun! :) I finally found a blue agitator on eBay some time ago. I noticed when...

    Speed Queen transmission repair

This would make sense as the straight vane (non-flex) agitator is about 2" shorter than the home model.

Speed Queen AWN542 - washing new jeans

Apparently there is a "gel" or some substance that is on them when new--or so I'm told. It took me about 6 months to break it in (a couple of loads per week avg). My sister's washer (who has a big family) stopped after about a month.

Speed Queen AWN542 - washing new jeans

Last year someone on here asked me to film the SQ washing jeans, and I did. However, the video was lost in the shuffle. I found the video on a data backup over the weekend and have published. Not sure who requested it, but here it is...in a belated sort of way. :) Enjoy!

    RW100 Respirator Washer - Whoa!

Whoa! Think of all the cool things you could wash - and it proves GE still can make a 180º agitation arc!

    Speed Queen washer for sale

I hate ads that don't show the agitator. Just me. :) Oh, and I just traded my Buick for a Honda...I'm starting to see a pattern here. :)

Your Speed Queen dryer pauses to reverse direction?

    Straight Vane SQ PolyTuff agitator

Did you order this new? Or buy on eBay, etc.? If I could get a new one, I would order it. At least with the current non-flex vane, one can put the fab softener on top, although it looks really "squatty".
