Interesting and informative article. Sighted people don't typically think about the difficulties non-sighted individuals run into with using appliances and electronics.

Nevertheless, an increasing number of the sighted are "seeing the light" regarding blind consumers. True, lots of work yet to be done, but definitely grateful and appreciative of any progress up to this point.
