Try "The Chemistry Store" online for one that I know of,which is where most get their phosphate fix. There are other local sources, including chemical supply stores, but some may require one purchase 25 or 50 pounds at a clip.
If one can find White King water softener, it is mainly STPP, as was Amway's "Smashing White", though the later has been discontinued,stock may be lurking about out there.
If you order STPP from the Chemistry Store, go ahead and order at least 5lb or 10lb. Decant some into a clean mason or other type jar with a tight fitting lid, then close up the main container AIR TIGHT. STPP lying about with contact with air will break down into TSP, which is not good. Though not sure how fast that reaction takes.
Even 5lbs of STPP will last quite along time (you don't need that much per wash load), so consider adding phosphates to your dishwasher detergent to kick things up a notch.
Or, maybe a bunch of local laundryphiles can pool and spilt a large order.
