Thanks for that, i remember the cloth/plastic top one and the liquid ariel one, butr i must admit to being a boring old fart and i always preferred powders in the soap draw.
Ah yeah and the little cloth bag in the packet my mate used for those tablets .
Going back again, i remember seeing some large Tea Bags which had washing powder in them............christ is there no end to the ways of getting cleaners into washing ;-)
I remember an ariel advert stating that there dispenser "got right to the heart of the wash" yeah yeah not in modern low level washers, oh and do you remember another ariel advert saying "it might look clean but is it really clean" what aload of marketing crap LOL........I think ariel are the worst offenders for advertising spin, but of course there is no end to it, as we see now with aerial gel persil small and mighty, turn to 30 and on and on............but it is all part of advertising history etc
oh and that talking washing machine used in the "Wisk" adverts............
Argh i better stop............im too old and remember too much
