Welcome!!!

Hi John,

Welcome to the club, it's always nice when people stumble across this site and realise they're in good company when it comes to having in interest in washing machines and laundry in general! Believe it or not I'm pretty near to where you are, as I live in Lincoln. We also have another Jon here (lavamat_jon) who lives five minutes down the road from me... small world, isn't it? LOL.

Again, a big welcome from all of us, have fun, and I look forward to speaking with you again sometime soon :o).

Cheers,

Kirk

Answers to the quiz

1) You speak some Englsh, and propbably very well.

Hmm well aparantly we invented the Language, Im pretty sure thats why its callend England???? So yes I know one of two words.

2) You have an education and skills.

Hmm well I have a degree in computer science, and I have this neat party trick where i can suck mile up thru my nose and squirt if out of my tear ducts some distance! - does this count as a skill?

3) You probably have all your shots and have, at some point seen a doctor.

Hmm well I surf as I currently live at the sea so am pretty much shot up since the ocens here are not at all like yours in baywatch!

4) You may have a "Protestant work ethic" and be willing to work, being from predominantly Protestant country and all.

Hmmm well my names actually John Marszal - Half Polish so actually a Catholic by trade, but dont really go in for all that. What would a catholic work ethic be anyway? - Hard work and pity??

WHY would you let ME in? Well the fact that I speak like James Bond, I thoguht you may all just like my accent!

:o) he he he hope that answered ya questions toggleswitch!

Hi John and welcome. You're not going to have an easy time getting into Canada either unless of course you have:
1; a big bank account, or,
2; marry a Canadian

Now I propose that if you do have #1, I will marry you and figure out my divorce settlement later.
I'm not concerned about the stigma attached to marrying a half Polish Catholic.
How does Niagara Falls sound?
LOL

SOmething Borrwed, something BLUED!

Hmm well its DOES sound like a plan, however I must advise you that Canada is currently activly requiting immigrants, and I already have enough points for Canada, IF I brush up on my French! Hmm but your proposal of marrage is worth considering! (Since you just said a big bank account, Im assuming big in the black or red) he he he

The question is, can you keep me in the lifestyle I have become accustomed too? us Polish catholics are a picky bunch and have many needs!
Please feel free to put forward details of your proposal for my inspection! LoL

Niagra Falls sounds great, we can bring a dump truck full or calgon and soap and turn it into the worlds biggest twin tub.

Who will be coming to the wedding? Were gonna need someone to be matron of honour - any takers??? loL

John!!

Hi from another Jon :-). I'm also in England, live in Lincoln as Kirk pointed out, 5 minutes down the road from him! I'm one of the younger members here too at 17 years :-). Hey, I tried sending an email to you, but I got it delivered back - so feel free to email if you wnat!

Here's a welcome present from me - the picture. BTW there is also an AEG dryer stacked on top of the AEG washer. I'm planning a wash-in during August sometime when my parents are on holiday, hopefully Kirk and I will meet up, but if you wanna come along too then the more the merrier!

Take care anyway, hope you enjoy the club!

Jon :-)
