Besides that...
The US Bosch dishwashers don't have the heat exchanger (where water is preheated before it fills into the tub), nor do they have the storage tank to save final rinse water for the next prewash. I think the tubs are slightly deeper as well and you get much more, as we call tham, XXL dishwashers that are about two inches taller than the "normal" European units that are referred to as ADA Compliant in the US.
I guess a feature that'll be exclusive to the US is the MyWay drawer, primarily designed for bowls.
