thanks for all the pics.

I'd luvvv to have that Miele professional dw but I can imagine what it costs. Restaurant dw's always pique my interest, like those old slide thru's they had at the Woolworth/Kresge counters, sort of half cylindrical. I did a summers stint working on a small Alaskan cruise ship way back at 18 and got to work in the kitchen at first "doing dishes" and it had a slide thru Hobart I think. Boring as it was I actually enjoyed it for the time I did it.
