I'm not a huge fan of coppertone, but this set looks nice together.

Per the ad: "Really nice vintage appliances in great working condition!
$750.00
Needs a little cleaning
Great for the person wanting to step back in time with retro kitchen
Can be seen in Elgin crossroads area"

Shaded Coppertone GE Appliances

Nice stove and historic GE compactor and the worlds first Ice&Water dispensing refrigerator.

I always loved the shaded Coppertone color, but unfortunately GEs shading just didn't work as well as WPs and KM did. GEs was as bad as MTs there was too much difference in the light and darker areas, you can see that they did not even get the shading to match on the ref and range.

The compactor was the first compactor GE sold [ and the best ] unfortunately GE stole the design from WP and lost a court battle a few years later and they had to come up with their own design. Ge introduced a 15" compactor with a round bucket that was easily the worst compactor design ever. It was very awkward to open and use and you had to crush and hand compact many items to even get them in the bucket, it was also the only compactor to use a plastic container that would break and with holes in the bottom would leak if any liquids got in the trash mix.
