Hi all, sorry for delay, and thank you for the help! I managed to remove it anyway.
The clips holding it to the front were stuck into and I had to bend them by pulling alot to remove it but I managed to.
I discovered alot of worrying things.
I noticed the roller near the heat duct got melted and distorted, also the Hi-limit thermostat looked melted, that's strange, it should have interrupted gas before melting but likely didn't!
So it means that the dryer is not working like it should again.
I did put everything in place without the belt and I let run dryer to see how gas does.
Well, flame stay lighted for 30 minutes, if I shut off the dryer it does not get re-ignited anymore but if I wait 2 hours it does.
Not sure if it is a problem of cycling thermostat or valve assembly, likely is the valve assembly at this point and I do not want to mess with it, also parts and labor are crazy expensive.
I replaced coils and it worked for awhile.
But if it melts thermostat rollers and belt it is not safe and I don't want it in my house anymore as it is an unreliable machine and I do not want my house burned down!
It is probably a cursed dryer, I will get a whirlpool I've seen in an Ad on a second-hand website.
Thank you again!
