Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I have a 2008ish version of this tractor as a Craftsman YTS4000. It seems each successive year they get cheaper and cheaper. The deck used to be a lot heavier with more reinforcement. I really don't use the tractor a lot, primarily to bag leaves as I have the 3 bin bagger it's maybe got 50hrs on it. I use a
larger automotive style oil filter and synthetic oil. Putting some marvel mystery oil in the gas seems to make it easier to start if I leave it sit for a while.

Husqvarana's reverse switch setup is a lot more sensible than some, you just click the key back once. On my Troybilt Horse XP I had to disconnect it because it was frustrating. I don't advocate disconnecting them, but I find it to be an unnecessary hassle. I'm not terribly concerned as I live in the middle of nowhere. I don't have time to worry about pushing buttons and flipping switches to prevent myself from mowing over kids that aren't going to be there because there aren't any around me, which is why they started putting those on in the first place.

That's a reason I ditched my JD tractor-the inability to mow in reverse unless you hold a button down to keep the mower running. You have to turn it off.Sometimes mowing backward is the only way in a tight place. On my tractor it shuts the motor off if you were going in reverse and didn't push the mow in reverse button and hold it-How are you supposed to steer? This feature is DANG
EROUS to the driver!!Kids are supposed to be taught to stay out of the yard when its being mowed. If I were to buy another tractor-it needs to be able to mow in reverse without holding buttons.Commercial mowers I have seen can mow backwards. You have to look anyway!!!

Heading to tractor supply tomorrow to get an Agri-fab 40" dethatcher. I've got loads of debris in the yard and it needs a good cleaning for sure.

We're in for some cooler, more seasonal weather. There's 25 lbs of a 4 variety fescue mix ready to go.

Along with some milorganite :)

Hi frig!
